Guidance of multidisciplinary project groups - Expert in Teams

In "EiT" the teachers are facilitators. In multidisciplinary 5-6 person groups, the students in the course must produce an innovation within a thematic area. In the practical work on innovation, the students acquire experience-based learning with an innovation process and an interdisciplinary collaboration process. The task of the facilitator is to help students reflect on and explain this experience-based learning. The facilitator's task is not to be an expert in either innovation or the thematic area of concrete innovation. Before an SDU teacher is ready for EiT, he / she must go through a facilitator course.Mail_100 Further information Steffen Kjær Johansen.
